Today, on Giving Tuesday I wanted to share a story of hope, courage, and the power of God’s Word to transform lives.

One evening in a dangerous country in the Middle East, persecuted believers gathered in an underground church. There was a sudden knock at the door. A young man, no older than 18, stood there, trembling, holding a small bundle of Bibles that had been smuggled into the country. He had risked his life to bring these precious books to the believers in his town. As they opened the bundle, tears filled their eyes. For many, this was the first time they had ever held a Bible in their hands. With hearts full of gratitude, they began to read aloud, sharing the stories of hope and salvation with one another. It was a sacred moment, one that would change their lives forever.
