In Myanmar, many Christians face challenges simply for living out their faith. The state has placed military checkpoints in many of the politically sensitive regions, and the activities of the people are monitored. Vehicles crossing these checkpoints are checked to make sure that no anti-government or propaganda material is being brought in. For this reason, it is difficult to bring Bibles to some of these hard-to-reach districts, which are surrounded by military checkpoints.
Limited resources make it difficult for believers to access Bibles, and in some regions, it is difficult for them to gather together for worship. Despite these obstacles, the faith and resilience of the local Christian communities remain strong.
For many believers who cannot read or write, receiving an audio Bible has been a profound blessing in the country. These devices allow believers to listen to Scripture in their own language, deepening their understanding of God’s Word and strengthening their faith, even in places where traditional Bibles are scarce.
Through Frontlines’ initiatives to distribute audio Bibles, these believers are now able to engage with Scripture daily. God’s word brings hope, encouragement, and a reminder that, even in difficult circumstances, many lives are being touched and saved across Myanmar.

Please pray:
- Pray for Christians in Myanmar as they live out their faith in times of hardship and political uncertainty.
- Pray that those receiving audio Bibles will be deeply encouraged and strengthened in their walk with God.
- Pray for more opportunities to share God’s Word, and for many to receive His message of hope and salvation.
